Pool opens May 1

The Ashton Village HOA pool will open on May 1 for the summer season.

Pool hours are 6 AM to 10 PM (sunrise to sunset) from May 1 to October 31.

The pool will be closed on Mondays for maintenance and cleaning, except for Memorial Day, May 25, and Labor Day, September 7. The pool will be closed on Tuesday, May 26, and Tuesday, September 8, for maintenance.

Only residents who are current in their assessments will have access to the amenities. In order to access the pool for the 2015 swim season, residents must sign and return the Waiver of Liability Permission Form and the pool registration for so that previously issues access cards can be reactivated free of charge. Please mail, fax or email the forms to VanMor Properties, Inc., 8711 Hwy. 6 North, Suite 270, Houston, Texas 77095; fax to 832-593-7301; or email to kim@vanmor.com by April 24 in order to have access cards reactivated.

After April 24, cards will be reactivated only by mail. Forms should be mailed to VanMor Properties with a check in the amount of $5 per card requested.

Residents who have never received an access card can receive one per household at no cost. Additional cards and lost or stolen cards are $10. There is a maximum of two cards per household.

The Ashton Village HOA pool is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK pool. Lifeguards are not available. The Red Cross offers classes in CPR/First Aid and Water Safety classes. The board of directors strongly encourages residents and their children to enroll in these courses.

The tennis course is available year-round from 7 AM to 9 PM using the same access card. The playground is available year-round from dawn until dusk.

Guests must be accompanied by a resident. Two guests per family are allowed.
