Annual meeting, quarterly business meeting Oct. 20

The annual meeting of the Ashton Village Homeowners Association will take place on Thursday, October 20, at the club house, followed by the quarterly business meeting of the HOA board.
Registration begins at 6:30 PM, followed by the call to order at 7 PM.
One position on the board is open for election, and the annual financial report will be presented.
Board member Bob Myers is the incumbent director. Andrew Foulkes is also on the ballot. Write-in candidates are also permitted.
The quarterly business meeting will follow after the adjournment of the annual meeting. The agenda is attached.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend both meetings.
