-Addick’s Fire & Safety completed annual inspection – $75.00
-City of Houston Pool Permits renewed – $401.02
-S-Tech Solutions – Repaired network outage $262.50
-Charlie’s Plumbing repaired leak – $639.96
-Adventure Playground Systems- 55% deposit for shade structure – $10,617.00
-Guards on Demand 2023 pool season contract signed.
-Sweetwater Pools installed new vacuum gauges – $182.48
-S-Tech Solutions – Completed network cutover $262.50

  1. Open Homeowner Discussion – This section is intended to provide members an opportunity
    to give input to the Board of Directors. The Board will take any input under advisement but
    may not respond immediately as they proceed with the planned business of the
    Association. The Board reserves the right to limit this section of the meeting to a time they
    believe is appropriate.
